- DNI OR NIE of the deceased person
- DNI or NIE of the applicant
- Information on whether they have a funeral plan or life insurance.
- Information on whether they own a burial plot, if so then you will need to provide documentation.

Clothes that you wish the person to be dressed in. (Pompas Fúnebres Ibiza can provide these if they are not available.)
